About SZ Sazeem
Construction, renovation and interior design, from one team.
Since 2013, we've helped homeowners and businesses across Malaysia turn their spaces into what they need, from the first design conversation to the final handover.
Built on doing the whole job.
SZ Sazeem Enterprise is a Malaysian construction, renovation and interior design company, established in 2013. We've completed 20+ projects for residential and commercial clients, including full retail interior design and renovation for Raani Silks in Johor Bahru and Seremban. We handle design, building and handover under one roof, so you deal with one team from start to finish.
How we work
Design and build together
One team handles planning, design, construction and handover, so you're not coordinating between a designer and a contractor.
Clear scope and communication
You know what's included, what the timeline looks like and what happens next at every stage.
Materials and finishing that last
We choose materials for how they look and how they wear, and we review the finished work with you before handover.
Our process
Consultation
Tell us your goals, space and priorities.
Design and planning
We prepare the layout, materials and plan.
Construction and build
We carry out the work and keep you informed.
Handover
We walk through the finished space with you.
